The player capture shows Digby's Shovels beside the Ranch sign on Home Island. Visit that shop for tool upgrades; the Robux pass API is not a shovel price list.

The linked player catalog records a Wooden-to-Titanium shop progression and a separate Pacific quest. Use the comparison to check materials, previous-tool prerequisites, and digging coverage. Bronze and Silver prices disagree with another guide, so their current prices remain unresolved.
Pacific Shovel is reported as a quest reward
The catalog reports Yara in Panthalassa asking for three Sea Eggs, one Nessie Shard, and 350,000 Gold. This recipe is a player report without a linked full dialogue capture. Do not equate a Shard with a Fragment without checking the quest item name.
